Where can I get my user id to use with integration ?

Check your user profile for a user id to use with integration of devices. Keep this your id a secret as this is part of the integration key to identify you.

What type of data can I log/integrate ?

Any data with a numeric value that can be plotted on a graph. You can even log data manually by changing your device type to human for example to track your weight.
